Nomis is the new secure web submission system for Refplus products. It was built to replace webtools. All the features of webtool has been re-engineered and integrated into Nomis. In addition, many other new features like our Reffy mascot! Try it now!

Please note that as a webtools user, Refplus may have already created your user account to allow you to log in and access Nomis. Nomis will use your email address and a password as login information.

You will be asked to enter your e-mail address. Then look into your mailbox (it may take a few minutes). You will receive an e-mail with a link on a web page from this site which will invite you to choose and enter a new password. Then you can use this new password to log in to Nomis. That's all!
